, associate provost for research and chief research officer, has been named a fellow of the Environmental and Water Resources Institute.
This recognition reflects her strong contributions to water resources and environmental engineering. It also highlights her leadership, mentoring, and continued service to the field.
Kulkarni will be formally recognized at the 2026 World Environmental and Water Resources Congress on April 27.
